Azrul Hisham Bin Shamsudin, an officer with extensive experience in investigation and intelligence, began his career with IRBM in 2000. After starting in the audit unit, he transitioned to the Investigation Division in 2007, later moving to the KL Investigation Division in 2009. He served in the Intelligence Division, Financial Analysis Division, and Management and Intelligence Division. By 2020, he was the Branch Director in Klang, then the Director of Policy, Collection, Operation, and Projection. In December 2023, he was promoted to Sabah State Director until now.
Mr. Ling Siang Ping began his career with IRBM as an Assistant Director in 2004 at the Shah Alam Branch, where he served until 2012. From 2013 to 2015, he worked as a Tax (Civil) Investigation Officer at the Shah Alam Investigation Branch. He then joined the Special Task Department as a Criminal Tax Investigation Officer from 2016 to 2018. In 2018, he moved to the Special Operation Department as an Underground Economy Investigation Officer. By 2020, he became the Chief Assistant Director of the Tax Audit and RPGT Division at the IRB Sibu Branch. Since January 2023, he has been the State Operation Director of the Real Property Gain Tax (RPGT) Section in Sarawak.
Dr. Muhammad Najib began his career with IRBM as an Assistant Director in 2002. He served at the IRBM Bintulu Branch from 2003 to 2005, then at the IRBM Sandakan Branch from 2005 to 2007. From 2008 to 2013, he was a Tax Investigation Officer at the Kuala Lumpur Investigation Branch and later joined the Special Task Department from 2013 to 2015. After completing his PhD under the IRBM scholarship program, he returned in December 2018 to the Tax Research Department as the Head of the Technical & Draft Division. In November 2020, he was appointed Special Officer to the Deputy CEO. From February 1, 2022, to December 31, 2022, he served as the SG & Employment Unit Director at the Kota Kinabalu Branch AS Unit. Since January 1, 2023, he has been the State Operation Director for the Sabah Real Property Gain Tax Section.
Wee Ching Hua @ Alan Wee is an officer with extensive experience in the field of audit and investigation. He started his career with IRBM as an Assistant Director in 2004. He was placed in IRBM Cheras Branch in the business audit unit until 2011. He then transferred to IRBM Kuala Lumpur Investigation Branch as Tax Investigation Officer from 2011 till 2018. In 2019, he was promoted to the Office of the Chief Executive Officer assigned as CEO Special Task Secretary. In November 2021, he was once again promoted and transferred to Bukit Mertajam Branch as Unit Director in the company’s audit unit. In January 2023, he was transferred to IRBM Putrajaya as Unit Director in the business audit section. In April 2024, he was promoted to Unit Director of Company & Other Group Tax Audit Section IRBM Sarawak until now.
